Using Your Company Store Platform

To ensure that factory minimums are met, we recommend no more than 4-6 holiday item choices.

Snowflake-design message card only. Includes 1-2 standard message options and generic signature. Can include
personalized signature if requested.

Drop ship information must be provided using the Concord spreadsheet template, which is available for download
on your online holiday store.

Cannot ship to PO Boxes – must provide a physical address.
Electronic items must ship via ground service only – these items cannot be expedited.

We ask that you adhere to cut-off dates & deadlines. We do not recommend extensions to these dates to ensure
delivery windows are met.

Offline Custom Orders

Snowflake-design message card only. Includes customized gift card message and signature.

Personalized salutation is not recommended.

Drop ship information must be provided using the Concord spreadsheet template, which will be provided to you.
Upon receipt of drop ship list, addresses will be validated, and any invalid addresses will be sent back for correction.

Send back corrected addresses only, not entire spreadsheet.

If using client provided cards, we require dimensions of card to ensure it will fit within our packaging.

provide a firm quote according to your exact specifications. Pricing and inventory availability are subject to
